The Letting market is extremely busy and there has never been a better time to invest in Property. We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a worrying experience, and with this in mind our two most important considerations are providing you - the Landlord - with the best possible service and finding the right tenant for your property.

We never forget that your property is your most important asset and we assure you that by instructing us to act as your Letting and Management Agents your asset will be in professional and caring hands from start to finish.

We offer competitive fees which may be open to negotiation dependent on the level of service required. The main plans are outlined further down this page, again we are open to changes to facilitate your particular needs.

Our Services for you

Letting Only
  • No Obligation Rental Valuation
  • Distinctive To Let Board
  • Extensive Marketing of your property on our website and other property portals
  • Local Press Advertising as required
  • Coloured Lettings Particulars with a good range of digital photographs
  • Accompanied Viewings
  • Professional credit checking of the prospective tenants
  • Prepare all of the necessary documentation including an Approved Tenancy Agreement.
  • Arranging the appropriate certificates required including an Energy Performance Certificate and Gas Safety Certificate (Additional Fees Apply).
  • Collect the deposit and send to the Deposit Protections Scheme (DPS)
  • Collect and transfer the first month’s rent.
  • A full photographic Inventory can be carried out by DJC Lettings for an additional cost, which is highly recommended.
Full Management Service

  • Preparation of all of the necessary documentation including an Approved Tenancy Agreement.
  • Arranging the appropriate certificates required to include an Energy Performance Certificate and a Gas Safety Certificate (Additional Fees Apply).
  • Collect the deposit and send to the Deposit Protections Scheme (DPS)
  • Collect the monthly rent and transfer to the Landlords selected account
  • Read the gas and electric meters and inform the utility companies
  • Conduct an initial three month inspection
  • Notify the Landlord of any maintenance issues that are brought to our attention and discuss the Landlords preferred solution
  • Renew existing tenancy as required or re-letting the property with a minimal time vacant.
  • At termination of the tenancy we will arrange a full inspection
  • A full photographic Inventory can be carried out by DJC Lettings for an additional cost which is highly recommended.
