Letting Only

- Extensive Marketing of your property on our website and other property portals
- Local Press Advertising as required
- Coloured Lettings Particulars with a good range of digital photographs
- Accompanied Viewings
- Professional credit checking of the prospective tenants
- Prepare all of the necessary documentation including an Approved Tenancy Agreement.
- Arranging the appropriate certificates required including an Energy Performance Certificate
and Gas Safety Certificate (Additional Fees Apply).
- Collect the deposit and send to the Deposit Protections Scheme (DPS)
- Collect and transfer the first month’s rent.
- A full photographic Inventory can be carried out by DJC Lettings for an additional cost,
which is highly recommended.

- Collect the monthly rent and transfer to the Landlords selected account
- Read the gas and electric meters and inform the utility companies
- Conduct an initial three month inspection
- Notify the Landlord of any maintenance issues that are brought to our attention and
discuss the Landlords preferred solution
- Renew existing tenancy as required or re-letting the property with a minimal time vacant.
- At termination of the tenancy we will arrange a full inspection
- A full photographic Inventory can be carried out by DJC Lettings for an additional
cost which is highly recommended.
